Getting Started with a DMA Card
Follow the correct order for installing, testing, and flashing your DMA card before first use.

This guide covers the initial installation, configuration, testing, and flashing of a DMA card. Complete each stage in order so that connection or configuration issues are found before a firmware file is written.
Recommended sequence
- 1Install the card in a suitable PCIe slot and connect it directly to the secondary computer with a USB 3.0 data cable.
- 2Install the FTDI driver and run the full DMA Test. Do not continue until the card is detected consistently and the test completes without errors.
- 3Read the unique DNA ID when the firmware product requires a device-specific binding.
- 4Select the flashing interface, script, and BIN file that exactly match the card model and FPGA family.
Before you begin
Core rule: verify the DMA card model and revision, motherboard, and Windows version before payment or flashing. Ask support to review any uncertain configuration.
Important: BIOS, driver, and firmware changes must be performed carefully and only on hardware you own and have confirmed as compatible.
