Store Warranty Policy

Section 01

Limitation of Liability

The warranty covers only the stated functionality of the firmware purchased.

1. 1The store supplies firmware for DMA cards. DATA DISTRICT DMA does not develop game cheats and is not a provider of third-party software of that kind.
2. 2The provider accepts no responsibility and offers no warranty for manual in-game bans or bans resulting from the use of cheats, memory-write functions, or other third-party software.
3. 3The store is not responsible for consequences arising from the use of its firmware where those consequences result from user actions that breach the conditions set out above.

Section 02

Firmware Warranty

The warranty period for purchased firmware is stated on the relevant product page. Before purchasing, please review the warranty terms and period shown for that product.

1. 1Warranty periods and terms may vary by firmware product. The current information is always provided on the relevant product page.
2. 2During the warranty period stated for the product, coverage applies to the firmware operating correctly in accordance with its advertised specifications and remaining current.
3. 3If, during the warranty period, the firmware is detected by a protection system or does not operate correctly, it may be replaced with an equivalent or updated version. A replacement is provided only where the issue was not caused by user actions described in the “Limitation of Liability” section.

Section 03

Warranty Service

To assess a warranty claim, our specialist may require details about the system and the circumstances in which the issue occurred.

1. 1To request warranty service, contact @SpiralDD and provide a detailed description of the issue.
2. 2The provider may request additional information required to diagnose the issue and determine its cause.
3. 3Payments for purchased firmware are non-refundable. Warranty service is provided only as a one-time firmware replacement.

Other Terms

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. 1By purchasing firmware, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this Warranty Policy.
2. 2Before payment, customers are advised to verify hardware compatibility, system requirements, and the individual terms of the selected product.
