These Terms of Service apply to all visitors to the DATA DISTRICT DMA website, as well as to purchasers and users of DMA hardware, computer peripherals, firmware, software, and related digital products.

DATA DISTRICT DMA, also referred to in these Terms as “we,” “us,” “our,” the “Seller,” or the “Administration,” owns and operates this website and sells physical and digital products.

Our products are intended solely for educational, research, informational, and technical purposes.

Use of our products or services for any activity that violates the laws of the User’s country, third-party rights, the rules of third-party services, or intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

By visiting the website, using its features, contacting support, or purchasing our products, the User confirms that they have read these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If the User does not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the website and must not purchase our products.

• infringing the rights of DATA DISTRICT DMA;

• circumventing technical restrictions;
• engaging in any activity that violates applicable law.

The fact that a User previously worked for one of the listed companies, knows one of its employees, or is related to one of its employees does not, by itself, prohibit that User from visiting the website.

• computer peripherals;
• adapters, cables, and components;
• firmware;
• configuration files;
• software;
• instructions and related documentation;
• installation, configuration, and technical assistance where expressly included in the order description.

A DMA card is a physical device installed in a PCI Express slot in one computer and capable of connecting to another computer through USB or another supported interface.

Firmware is software containing low-level instructions required for hardware operation and communication with other hardware and software components.

Separate software products may provide additional functionality when used with video games and third-party applications.

The User is responsible for ensuring that their intended use of a product complies with applicable law and the terms of the relevant third-party services.

Images, videos, diagrams, mockups, and other visual materials displayed on the website are provided for reference only.

The actual appearance, packaging, labeling, contents, dimensions, component layout, or software interface of a product may differ from the materials shown.

Product specifications and descriptions may be updated as a result of:

• changes to technical components;
• the release of new versions;
• software updates;
• changes to compatibility requirements;
• discontinuation of support for third-party technologies.

To purchase and use DATA DISTRICT DMA products, the User must:

• be at least 18 years old;

• have the required compatible hardware;
• have two personal computers where required for the selected product;
• have an available PCI Express slot;
• have the skills required to install an operating system, drivers, and computer components;
• be able to follow technical instructions;
• reside in a country or region to which delivery is available;
• provide accurate hardware information when requesting a compatibility check.

Before purchasing, the User must independently review the technical requirements for the specific product.

If the User is uncertain about compatibility, they must contact support before making payment.

To place an order, the User may be asked to provide:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• Telegram or Discord contact details;
• delivery address;
• hardware model information;
• other information required to fulfill the order and verify compatibility.

The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and current.

DATA DISTRICT DMA may request additional information where necessary to:

• verify compatibility;
• calculate shipping costs;
• identify the order;
• prevent fraud;
• comply with the requirements of payment or logistics providers.

An order is considered accepted after it has been confirmed by a DATA DISTRICT DMA representative and payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed separately.

We may decline an order where:

• fulfillment is technically impossible;
• the selected product is unavailable;
• the User’s hardware does not meet the requirements;
• inaccurate information has been provided;
• payment has not been confirmed;
• there are reasonable indications of fraud;
• fulfilling the order may violate applicable law.

Firmware, software, configuration files, and other digital products have specific characteristics.

Once a file, link, key, firmware image, access credential, or completed installation has actually been delivered, returning the digital product may be technically impossible.

As a general rule, a refund is not provided where the purchaser:

• changes their mind after receiving the product;
• refuses to follow configuration instructions;
• purchases a product without first checking compatibility;
• expects features that were not stated in the product description;
• transfers the product or access to a third party.

If the User believes that a product may not meet their hardware configuration or requirements, they must discuss compatibility and any possible refund terms before payment.

If a digital product cannot be delivered for technical reasons, the purchaser may contact support to request:

• redelivery;
• a repeat installation;
• an alternative method of access;
• a replacement product;
• a refund if delivery of the product is impossible.

In individual cases and by agreement between the parties, compensation may be provided as DATA DISTRICT DMA account credit.

Account credit may be used instead of a monetary refund only with the purchaser’s consent, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited by contract.

Returns of DMA cards, computer peripherals, and other physical goods are handled in accordance with applicable law.

If a defect is discovered, the purchaser must contact support and provide:

• order details;
• a description of the issue;
• photographs or video evidence;
• the device serial number, if available;
• any other information required for diagnostics.

Until diagnostics have been completed, the purchaser should not independently:

• disassemble the device;
• resolder components;
• modify the hardware;
• install third-party firmware;
• attempt to repair the product.

Damage caused by improper installation, connection, storage, or unauthorized modification may not qualify as a warranty case.

The User is solely responsible for all actions performed using DATA DISTRICT DMA products.

The User is responsible for:

• complying with the laws of their country;
• complying with the rules of third-party services;
• their chosen method of using the product;
• safeguarding purchased hardware;
• safeguarding files, keys, and account credentials;
• following installation instructions;
• creating backups of important data;
• the consequences of independently modifying the product.

The User accepts the possible risks, including:

• account suspension or banning;
• restricted access to a third-party platform;
• loss of digital or in-game items;
• temporary incompatibility;
• the need for additional configuration;
• the need to reinstall the operating system;
• hardware damage caused by improper connection;
• data loss;
• discontinuation of a third-party service.

If the User purchases a DMA card or another physical device, they are responsible for its proper storage and operation.

The User understands that DMA cards, firmware, computer peripherals, and related software are technically complex products.

Their setup may require:

• installing a device;
• changing BIOS or UEFI settings;
• installing or reinstalling Windows;
• installing drivers;
• configuring a network;
• connecting a second computer;
• installing updates;
• following a sequence of technical support instructions.

Product operation may depend on:

• the motherboard model;
• the hardware manufacturer;
• the BIOS or UEFI version;
• the Windows version;
• driver versions;
• the DMA card model;
• the chip used;
• the firmware version;
• installed software;
• updates to third-party platforms.

In some cases, a product may operate incorrectly or temporarily stop working for reasons outside the control of DATA DISTRICT DMA.

The User must not:

• use products to violate applicable law;
• use products to obtain unauthorized access;
• publish or distribute purchased digital products;
• resell a product or access to it without permission;
• share files, keys, or firmware with third parties;
• use products commercially without written consent;
• remove or circumvent protective measures;
• introduce malicious code;
• interfere with the website or DATA DISTRICT DMA services;
• use automated tools to place excessive load on the website;
• copy website materials to create a competing product;
• represent DATA DISTRICT DMA products as their own work.

Decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or modification of digital products is permitted only where expressly allowed by law or by written authorization from the rights holder.

The User has the right to:

• browse the website;
• receive product information;
• place orders;
• receive purchased products;
• use purchased products within the scope of the granted license;
• receive information about order status;
• contact technical support;
• report technical issues;
• use any legal remedies available under applicable law.

DATA DISTRICT DMA may:

• change the product range;
• update product specifications;
• change prices before an order is placed and paid;
• request information to verify compatibility;
• decline a technically impossible order;
• temporarily restrict access to the website;
• discontinue technical support if license terms are violated;
• restrict User access in cases of fraud, threats, or unlawful activity;
• release updates and change technical requirements.

Restricting access to services does not remove any mandatory purchaser rights provided by applicable law.

DATA DISTRICT DMA provides technical support through:

• Telegram;
• Discord;
• email;
• other official channels listed on the website.

To receive support, the User must:

• describe the issue in detail;
• identify the purchased product;
• provide hardware configuration details;
• attach screenshots or an error recording where necessary;
• complete the diagnostic steps proposed by a specialist.

Response time depends on workload and the complexity of the request and may be up to seven calendar days.

Sending a large number of repeated messages does not accelerate review of a request.

Both parties agree to communicate respectfully.

The following are not permitted:

• threats;
• insults;
• blackmail;
• fraud;
• knowingly spreading false information;
• attempts to pressure staff.

Constructive criticism, a complaint, or a negative review does not, by itself, provide grounds for withdrawing the purchaser’s lawful rights.

DATA DISTRICT DMA may provide a limited technical warranty for firmware and other digital products.

The specific warranty period is stated:

• on the product page;
• during checkout;
• in correspondence with a DATA DISTRICT DMA representative;
• in the description of the selected plan or package.

At the start of the warranty period, the purchaser is provided with a working product that conforms to the specifications stated at the time of sale.

If a confirmed issue directly related to the product arises during the warranty period, the purchaser may receive:

• a technical solution;
• repeat configuration;
• a corrected version;
• updated firmware;
• a replacement digital product;
• another reasonable method of resolving the issue.

If the issue results from an update, restriction, or detection by a third-party platform, a free replacement or update will be provided after a technically functional version becomes available, where this is included in the terms of the purchased product.

No release date for an update is guaranteed because development may depend on circumstances outside the control of DATA DISTRICT DMA.

A restriction, detection event, or change in the operation of a third-party platform does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

The warranty may not apply where the issue results from:

• failure to follow instructions;
• independent modification of firmware;
• installation of third-party files;
• use of unsupported hardware;
• physical damage to the device;
• improper connection;
• transfer of the product to third parties;
• configuration changes made without approval;
• use of the product for unlawful purposes;
• refusal to provide information required for diagnostics.

Disrespectful communication alone does not cancel any mandatory warranty rights. However, threats, insults, blackmail, or fraudulent conduct may result in restrictions on discretionary services not required by law and on communication through individual support channels.

The purchaser and DATA DISTRICT DMA are encouraged to resolve disputes through direct communication with support before taking further action.

To allow a request to be reviewed, the purchaser should provide:

• order information;
• a detailed description of the situation;
• supporting materials;
• the preferred method of resolution.

Both parties must be guided by these Terms of Service and applicable law.

The parties agree not to publish:

• personal data;
• passwords;
• license keys;
• product files;
• trade secrets;
• other protected information.

This provision does not limit the User’s right to:

• contact public authorities;
• submit lawful claims;
• bring a matter before a court;
• publish honest reviews;
• use correspondence to protect their rights.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, DATA DISTRICT DMA is not liable for:

• results of using a product for purposes other than those intended;
• violations of law by the User;
• violations of third-party platform terms;
• account bans or restrictions;
• loss of in-game or digital items;
• discontinuation of a third-party service;
• changes to third-party platform algorithms;
• the operation of the User’s operating system;
• faults in third-party hardware;
• data loss where no backup exists;
• consequences of improper connection;
• installation of third-party malicious software;
• the actions of internet service providers;
• the operation of payment systems;
• the actions of carriers and customs authorities;
• errors resulting from failure to follow instructions.

DATA DISTRICT DMA does not control third-party games, services, anti-cheat systems, operating systems, or their updates.

We do not guarantee that third-party platforms will not change their rules, algorithms, technical architecture, or methods of detecting hardware and software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability of DATA DISTRICT DMA where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

For delivery, the purchaser must provide:

• the recipient’s first and last name;
• the complete delivery address;
• postal code;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• any other information required by the carrier.

After all required information and payment have been received, physical goods will be handed to the delivery service within ten business days, unless another period was stated when the order was placed.

Transit time depends on:

• the destination country and region;
• the selected delivery service;
• customs clearance;
• public holidays and weekends;
• weather conditions;
• other circumstances outside the control of DATA DISTRICT DMA.

The purchaser must verify the delivery address before shipment.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, the recipient’s absence, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay mandatory charges, the purchaser must pay for redelivery unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and charges associated with international delivery.

These charges may include:

• import duties;
• taxes;
• customs fees;
• brokerage fees;
• courier charges;
• storage fees;
• other charges imposed in the destination country.

DATA DISTRICT DMA does not determine the amount of these charges and cannot guarantee that no such charges will apply.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the selected hardware may lawfully be imported into their country.

DATA DISTRICT DMA is not responsible for delays caused by a carrier or customs authority where the order was dispatched with correctly completed information.

All rights in original DATA DISTRICT DMA materials, including:

• software;
• firmware;
• configuration files;
• instructions;
• documentation;
• images;
• website design;
• text;
• source code;
• brand identity elements;

belong to DATA DISTRICT DMA or are used on a lawful basis.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any exclusive intellectual property rights.

The purchaser receives only a limited right to use the product within the scope of the purchased license.

Copying, publishing, reselling, distributing, or commercially using these materials without permission from DATA DISTRICT DMA is prohibited.

DATA DISTRICT DMA may amend these Terms of Service.

A new version takes effect when published on the website unless a different effective date is stated in that version.

The current version of the Terms of Service is always available on this page.

An order already placed remains subject to the version in effect when the order was placed, except for changes required by law or changes that improve the purchaser’s position.
